I voice my views, reviews and opinions on FPS shooters and consoles alike. I mentioned the controls being rather poor, they aren’t really suited to PC somehow, they’re just lazily ported over from what I can tell. You right click in to get into sights and it stays there when you release it, a minor problem but very annoying seeing as you can’t actually disable this and do it like any normal FPS game would. Using special equipment such as the grappling hook and the likes means you have to press down the scroll wheel on your mouse, which also, unless done perfectly, switches your weapon to a pistol or secondary when you scroll down! It is rather frustrating. Though I will give this game top marks for graphics and actual game control, you can change the FOV field of view , something you can’t do in Modern Warfare 3 on PC, and you can tweak your graphics very sensitively, as well as button assignments though I cannot be bothered changing them, I didn’t on Xbox. Some in game things I see with GCI are that pistols are just water pistols, they seemingly do no damage and really are useless to use unless you unlock, or erm Also there are a lot of campers in the game, although I will say that this is only encountered in 1 or 2 lobbies out of every 10 or so, which isn’t too bad and only to be expected. Lag is a strange beast too in GCI, bullets don’t seem to hit when they should, I don’t know if that’s lag or just poor hit detection, or just my terribleness!
